A new perspective on business operation
Abstract
Businesses which are most effective possess a solid operational platform - digitisation of systems, business processes/"core" administration through the construction of IT infrastructure. That platform is called enterprise architecture. To build an efficient operational platform, business leaders need to master the three fundamentals and the ten most important principles of leadership.
