Abstract

Food safety assurance on-board offshore floating structures and installations of the oil and gas industry must be systematic and accompanied with strict regulations. In order to issue standards as well as relevant guidelines for food safety assurance, it is important to survey the current food safety management situation on-board offshore floating structures and installations in the oil and gas industry.
